Vantage Commercial on Thursday said it successfully sold a medical office building in Hammonton. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Ken Richardson, executive director at Vantage Commercial, represented the buyer, Jeff Tunis, a long-time client and owner of multiple properties in the Hammonton market. Tunis has retained Vantage as the listing broker for the property and Vantage Property Management to oversee the complex.
Located at 777 White Horse Pike, the complex is comprised of five buildings totaling 11,876 square feet. This medical complex, one of Hammonton’s most notable, services Hammonton and surrounding communities. Co-tenants include Dermalogic Laser Center, Weiss Foot and Ankle Center and Dr. Prasad Pediatrics.
Tunis said he plans to make improvements to the complex to increase the tenant’s experience. The complex currently has two vacancies that Vantage expects will not take long to fill.
