Parsippany-based Mittera inked a 12,000-square-foot lease for a new Hackensack warehouse, according to a Monday announcement from the STRO Cos.
Located at 215 S. Newman St., directly off Route 17 and in close proximity to Interstate 80, the property offers a prime location for distribution to New York City and the surrounding New Jersey markets.
Dean Brody of JLL represented Mittera in the transaction, while Ridgewood-based STRO’s Elliot Ferris, director of leasing, handled negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
“We were pleased to arrange this transaction with JLL and Mittera. Mittera identified our building as a means to continue their growth and fulfill heightened demand for their services,” Ferris stated. “215 S. Newman St. was an ideal location for them, providing excess capacity for their main facility in Carlstadt.”
