The Cooper Foundation’s 2nd Annual Cooper Cup Golf Outing held at the end of June at Ramblewood Country Club in Mount Laurel was a sold-out event with more than 200 in attendance.
The outing raised more than $265,000 to support Cooper University Health Care’s mission to serve, to heal, to educate.
“We are extremely grateful to all those who came out and helped us grow the Cooper Cup Golf Outing in its second year. Thank you to the sponsors and generous donors for their on-going support,” Philip Norcross, chairman of the Cooper Foundation board of trustees, stated. “The funds raised at this event continues to support our mission and commitment to the South Jersey community and all others who we serve.”
“We couldn’t do it without the backing of our dedicated supporters, who share our commitment to Cooper’s mission and the community,” Dr. Anthony Mazzarelli, co-CEO of Cooper University Health Care, added.
“This year’s golf outing was a success, thanks to Cooper’s golf committee members, golfers and attendees. On behalf of the Cooper Foundation and Cooper University Health Care, thank you for your generosity,” said Robert Ortiz, Jr., senior vice president and chief philanthropy officer of the Cooper Foundation.
