An international provider of information technology rentals has chosen a Cedar Knolls industrial building as its North American headquarters, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
One World Rental USA LLC has signed a lease for 14,400 square feet at 85 Horsehill Road, bringing the 53,000-square-foot property to full occupancy, NAI Hanson said in a news release. One World Rental will utilize the property to house equipment for its nationwide event schedule.
At the industrial/flex space, the team of Scott Perkins, Chris Todd and William Ericksen serves as exclusive brokers. The team represented landlord Horsehill Properties LLC in the transaction.
