Veteran attorney George McGowan has joined Hill Wallack and will work out of its Red Bank office.
Hill Wallack, a full-service law firm headquartered in Princeton, is making an effort to expand its presence down the Shore.
McGowan, who has been practicing for nearly three decades, specializes in trusts and estate planning and administration, general corporate counsel handling transactions including formation, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, and drafting and negotiating contracts (including software and technology agreements).
With a history as both general counsel at global corporations, as well as outside counsel to companies of all sizes, his experience and insight across a broad range of practice areas has earned him a strong reputation among clients.
McGowan has clients in every county in the state of New Jersey.
Hill Wallack Managing Partner Michael Kahme said the hire is part of an ongoing effort.
“We opened the Red Bank office in October 2018 as part of our strategic growth,” he said. “There is tremendous opportunity in the Monmouth County area, and we have made a significant commitment to serve those communities.
