Valentino’s Pizza signed a lease for 2,100 square feet of space within Sutton Plaza Shopping Center in Flanders, according to a Tuesday announcement from Bussel Realty Corp.
Located at 293 Route 206, Sutton Plaza is a 137,838-square-foot retail center whose retail tenants include Tractor Supply Company, Dollar Tree, H&R Block, Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, Weis Supermarket, RE/MAX, Jersey Mike’s, Supercuts, McDonald’s and PNC Bank.
Situated at a signalized intersection in a high traffic area in the heart of Flanders, just minutes to Mount Olive Township and Chester, the shopping center is a 15-minute drive to Interstate 80 and Route 46.
Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services, represented the landlord, Wasa Properties Sutton Plaza, in the transaction.
