He concentrates his practice in commercial, probate and general litigation. … Levine is perhaps best known as the co-chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice. He assists businesses in the creation of their internal cyberbreach response team — and advises on how to mitigate impact of cyberbreaches and rules regarding client/customer notification after breaches occur. … He is a faculty presenter in Rutgers’ Mini-MBA’s Data-Driven Management course.
