Denholtz bolsters property management capabilities with addition of regional manager

Denholtz Properties announced it hired Kayte Peters as the Red Bank-based firm’s new multifamily regional manager.

Peters brings over 17 years of expertise with a dedicated focus on proactive community management and internal training to her new role. Peters will leverage her experience to build a long-term, scalable residential property management program.

Previously, Peters served as regional property manager for Morgan Properties, a Pennsylvania-based, national real estate investment and management company. During Peters’ time with Morgan Properties, the company grew its multifamily portfolio into the nation’s second-largest with a footprint spanning 20 states.

“Attentive and proactive property management will be critical to our success in aggressively expanding our multifamily portfolio in the months to come,” Greg Brown, chief operating officer of Denholtz Properties, stated. “We are confident that Kayte’s extensive track record in creating and managing large multifamily property management programs will be a tremendous asset to our team and we are excited to have her on board.”

Peters added, “Over my career, I have taken great pride in my ability to lead growth-oriented property management strategies focused on creating premier residential communities in their respective markets. I look forward to playing a vital role in Denholtz Properties’ continued multifamily expansion and creating a program that will support the company’s growth for years to come.”
