Wolf Commercial Real Estate on Monday said it represented Ambrosia Real Estate of NJ in the sale of Pinelands Recovery Center in Medford.
WCRE represented Ambrosia Real Estate in the sale of the approximately 40,000-square-foot, three-building complex on 45 acres to a private investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Located at 283 Old Marlton Pike, the current operator has 60 residential beds for patients. The purchaser was intrigued by the long-term lease and the included adjacent land parcel for future expansion.
Jason Wolf, managing partner, and Evan Zweben, executive vice president at WCRE, exclusively represented the seller in this transaction.
