Avison Young on Monday announced the appointment of Adam Wright as principal and director, Land Development Services to provide clients with end-to-end development solutions across the Northeast Region and nationally.
Wright’s diversified background includes more than 20 years of experience in architecture, entitlements, ground-up development and construction management.
The Land Development Services team also includes Brian Veneri, senior lead and Chris Megnin, senior project manager, all based in the firm’s Morristown office.

Wright, Veneri and Megnin join us from Wonder, a food technology start-up. At Wonder they led real estate expansion strategy and managed construction for last mile vehicle hubs, cold storage distribution warehouses and food production facilities. The team’s diverse experience includes delivering land development projects in the Northeast and managing national, turn-key, portfolio solutions.
