Scarinci Hollenbeck has a new office. The Lyndhurst-based law firm said that as of Sept. 6, it will occupy 18,529 square feet on the 9th floor of the amenities-rich Overlook Corporate Center in Little Falls.
Located at 150 Clove Road, this wasn’t just a move to a recently renovated state of the art Class A office space with premium amenities. This was one with a healthy work-life balance component that trumped all other of provisions. Anyone who knows Managing Partner Donald Scarinci, knows how important that is to the firm’s culture.
“When I signed the lease for 150 Clove Road, it was a happy day for us,” Scarinci stated.
With much of the staff still having the option to work from home, there are still many instances they need to be in the office. Scarinci Hollenbeck wanted it to be in a place that creates an environment for a productive day, and The Overlook Corporate Center is just that.
The Overlook Corporate Center recently underwent a multimillion-dollar repositioning to
become a trophy office property in northern New Jersey. The property’s two connected
towers feature luxurious public spaces and amenities including two cafeterias, a fitness center, a yoga studio, EV charging stations, access to lush terraces, and more. The combination of premium amenities and a central office location were a major factor in the firm’s expansion and commitment to effectively serving its clients and employees.
“Clients are demanding both quality and value,” Scarinci said. “Prioritizing work-life balance and using the many amenities that 150 Clove Road offers our employees creates a more pleasant and more productive workplace that will enhance the client experience that our clients have come to expect,” he continued.
Avison Young, which negotiated a new lease on behalf of Scarinci Hollenbeck, also conducted a commutation study at the onset of the building search, coupling the
results with Scarinci Hollenbeck’s own internal survey of its employees, those survey results were incorporated as much as possible into the new location.
The interior includes a 360-degree view of the surrounding New Jersey landscape and NYC skyline while providing staff and visitors with an abundance of natural light. In addition, the Overlook sits in the middle of three major routes, providing easy access to all Northern points of New Jersey, Manhattan, and Newark International Airport.
