Citizen Linden, the luxury rental community in downtown Linden, is now more than 85% leased, developer Accurate announced on Monday.
The collection of 234 residences and plentiful indoor and outdoor amenities has attracted renters from across New Jersey, the New York metro area, and others relocating from multiple states with a combination of luxury, value, and convenience.
Located at 307 West Elizabeth Ave., near the Linden train station and minutes from local shopping and dining, Citizen Linden also features 4,500 square feet of street-level retail space that in part will house a new public café.
Monthly rental rates for one- and two-bedroom residences start at $2,115 net effective, inclusive of incentives that are available for a limited time, according to The Marketing Directors, the community’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
