“At Hackensack Meridian Health, our mission is to deliver high-quality, accessible care that is centered around our patients and the communities we serve. We are committed to meeting the needs of every patient and our new center in Eatontown will do just that,” Robert Garrett, chief executive officer of Hackensack Meridian Health said.

The Health & Wellness Center at Eatontown is part of Hackensack Meridian Health’s broader effort to best serve its patients by bringing together key network physicians and ambulatory services under one roof. This new care center offers a variety of services which include pediatrics, primary care, lab testing, women’s services and several adult specialties, including: Endocrinology, Neurology, Pain Management, Rheumatology, Thoracic Surgery and Vascular Service.

“The dozens of clinicians who will be treating patients at our new Health & Wellness Center at Eatontown are dedicated to delivering an integrated, seamless patient experience,” said Daniel W. Varga, chief physician executive for Hackensack Meridian Health. “Clinicians at this new center are on the same electronic medical record, enabling them to collaborate in real-time while giving their patients access to their medical information in one place.”

The opening of this new center creates a more user-friendly and convenient experience for patients by delivering care on their terms. For additional patient convenience the center will also be offering diagnostic imaging services later this year, including X-rays, ultrasounds, mammography and Dexa.
