Bussel Realty Corp. on Tuesday said it leased 5,000 square feet in Somerset on behalf of A3K Imports LLC.
Anthony Mircovich, vice president of BRC, represented the A3K Imports LLC. The landlord, Veronica Development Association, was represented in-house.
Located at 68 Veronica Ave., A3K Imports LLC will use the property for the storage and distribution of its packaged goods, snack foods and Indian specialty foods business.
The asset is a 50,000-square-foot industrial property located in close proximity to Interstate 287 and Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike. The property features 20-foot ceiling heights, tailboard loading, wet sprinklers, 200 amps electric power, and 15 surface parking spaces.
