Larken Associates on Thursday said it helped ink a lease with The Goddard School, for 7,000 square feet at Branchburg Commons.
Located at 3322 Route 22 West in Branchburg, The Goddard School has been a tenant of Branchburg Commons for over 23 years. The previous Goddard School franchise was recently sold to a new owner who will remain at the property and continue to provide children in the local community with a chance to learn, explore and grow in a safe, nurturing environment.
Located along Route 22 West with easy access to Routes 28, 31, 202 and 206 and Interstates 78 and 287 in the heart of Somerset County, Branchburg Commons is a medical and professional office campus. Spread across 19 acres of professionally landscaped and managed grounds, the 15-building complex offers 116,526 square feet of space along with on-site daycare, abundant parking spaces, and high-speed internet access.
