In Fall 2022, Habitat for Humanity of South-Central New Jersey will be moving its satellite office to Moorestown, according to a Thursday announcement from Vantage Commercial.
Located at 341 New Albany Road, the 5,000-square-foot mixed-use flex space is situated on a newly landscaped lot and is owned and managed by Needleman Management.
Habitat’s original satellite office was located within their Restore retail facility in Maple Shade, and it moved to a temporary location within a Needleman property as part of a pilot program designed to increase floor space within the Restore building. The pilot program was a tremendous success and Habitat for Humanity engaged Vantage Commercial to locate and negotiate a permanent satellite office.
Ken Richardson, executive director and Monica Walsh, director of Client Services at Vantage Commercial, both of whom volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of South-Central New Jersey, were successful in securing a long-term lease for their tenant. Their new office is able to accommodate all departments within the organization.
“Habitat for Humanity is excited to move into their new home. They are finally settling into a layout that will maximize their efficiency, thus delivering more help to those in need,” Walsh said. Richardson added that “They were very specific about what they wanted, a professional space where employees would remain happy, production would increase and the community would be served.”
