Company hires financial, M&A veteran to help accelerate growth and profitability

Ceragon Networks Ltd., a global solutions provider of 5G wireless transport based in Israel with offices in Little Falls, on Monday announced the appointment of Ronen Stein as the company’s new chief financial officer, effective Sept. 21. Stein will report directly to CEO Doron Arazi.

Stein, an accomplished financial executive and business leader with more than 20 years of CFO experience, will provide financial and strategic leadership and planning to help accelerate Ceragon’s business momentum and deliver profitable growth.

Stein brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in diverse industries, leading transactions from both sides of the table.

Most recently, Stein was CFO of Siklu, an Israel-based company in the telecommunications sector. Previously he served as the CFO of 10bis, Enercon Technologies, Knock N’Lock, and Pointer Telocation. Stein is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and has an MBA, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting, both from Tel Aviv University.

“Ceragon is a true industry leader and I’m thrilled to join the company. I can clearly see the business potential and I am excited to join Doron and the management team to continue to accelerate growth and profitability and deepen the company’s existing relations with the investor community,” Stein stated.
