Larken Associates on Tuesday said it received approval for Monte View at Pohatcong, a 120-unit multifamily community in Pohatcong. Construction is slated to begin in the middle of 2023, with estimated completion in early 2025.
Located on High Street, the development will be the latest addition to Larken’s luxury residential Larken Living brand. It will be comprised of three multistory garden-style buildings and one four-story elevatored building with a ground-level clubhouse. The nine-acre site will also feature a resort-style amenity package with a pool, a dog run and a fitness center.
Located less than a mile from the New Jersey and Pennsylvania border just off Interstate 78 in western Warren County, Monte View at Pohatcong will offer residents with unparalleled access to a diverse slate of employers as well as a wide range of entertainment, dining and shopping options found across the nearby Phillipsburg as well as Pennsylvania towns of Easton and Allentown.

The construction of Monte View at Pohatcong marks the continued growth of Larken Living’s Warren County portfolio. The community is located 10 minutes away from the company’s recently completed 198-unit Autumn Ridge multifamily community and its 414-unit Warren Heights property in Lopatcong.
