NAI James E. Hanson on Wednesday said it helped ink 2,250 square feet of medical space at 80 Industrial Road in Lodi for SmileFast — a U.K.-based dentistry concept.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the tenant, SmileFast USA Inc., in the transaction with the landlord, CCIO Realty LLC.
Having trained nearly 4,000 dentists in the U.K., SmileFast is now bringing its innovative training and treatment delivery model to the U.S. It brings together the three essential facets of modern cosmetic dentistry: orthodontics, ceramics and composite.
A key piece of SmileFast’s expansion will be the creation of a state-of-the-art dental laboratory in the New York City metropolitan area. Recognizing Team Lizzack-Horning’s experience in the local market, SmileFast sought out the team’s services to help it find a suitable property.
80 Industrial Road is a 64,000-square-foot industrial/flex building with 20-foot ceiling height, eight loading docks, one drive-in and 1,400-amp power, and is an ideal location for the laboratory. Located off Route 17, the building also offers proximity to Route 46, Interstate 80 and the Garden State Parkway to ensure easy access to dentists across the tri-state area.
