Located at 100 Albany St., the overall 147,716-square-foot office building features several retail businesses and restaurants, including Steakhouse 85 and Salt, and offers 24-hour access to tenants.
Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis and Mina Shehata represented the tenant in the transaction.
“As NJCC grows in size and influence, this conveniently located office space will provide a fresh environment for our future,” Bernel Hall, CEO and president of New Jersey Community Capital, said. “We value our partnership with Cushman & Wakefield and are thrilled to continue our mission-driven work throughout the state of New Jersey and beyond from our new home in New Brunswick.”
“We are thrilled to have found a new headquarters for New Jersey Community Capital, a nonprofit organization that is helping our community by creating vibrant and quality affordable housing in New Jersey,” DeMatteis added.
