C&W arranges 24,259 sq. ft. lease for N.J. Community Capital’s new HQ

New Jersey Community Capital leased a 24,259-square-foot space in New Brunswick for its new headquarters, according to a Monday announcement from Cushman & Wakefield.

Located at 100 Albany St., the overall 147,716-square-foot office building features several retail businesses and restaurants, including Steakhouse 85 and Salt, and offers 24-hour access to tenants.

Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis and Mina Shehata represented the tenant in the transaction.

“As NJCC grows in size and influence, this conveniently located office space will provide a fresh environment for our future,” Bernel Hall, CEO and president of New Jersey Community Capital, said. “We value our partnership with Cushman & Wakefield and are thrilled to continue our mission-driven work throughout the state of New Jersey and beyond from our new home in New Brunswick.”
