Forbes: 2 schools in N.J. among Top 10 for highest-earning graduates

Degrees are nice. They’re just better when they come with a job — preferably one with a nice salary.

Two schools in New Jersey ranked among the Top 10 for just that in the Forbes list of the 25 schools with the highest earners, which came out Tuesday. Here’s a look at the list, which was well represented by STEM schools:

No. 1: Massachusetts Institute of Technology
No. 2: California Institute of Technology
No. 3: Harvey Mudd College
No. 4: Stanford University
No. 5: Princeton University
No. 6: University of Pennsylvania
No. 7: Carnegie Mellon University
No. 8: Stevens Institute of Technology
No. 9: Babson College
No. 10: Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology
