Friday, Chef Gordon Ramsay is opening his first Hell’s Kitchen location on the East Coast at Caesars Atlantic City and his third restaurant in the resort casino town — the other two being Gordon Ramsay Steak at Harrah’s Resort and Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill located at Caesars.
The restaurant will have 233 seats across three levels, mosaic tiles and custom-designed lighting that combine brass rods and pitchfork features that run across the high ceilings. Every table will have an view of the uniquely styled kitchen inspired directly from the hit TV show — from the signature fiery pitchfork that marks the entryway, to the chef uniforms and menu items.
The menu will include the most famous items made popular by the show, with the winner of Season 21 becoming the executive chef. Guests will enjoy many of Ramsay’s signature dishes, such as Pan Seared Scallops, Beef Wellington, Lobster Risotto and much more.
The bar will serve a selection of classic and signature cocktails, from a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned to the innovative Smoke on the Boardwalk, served in a smoked box to impart that beautiful cherry smoke on the cocktail, or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Ramsay himself.
