Bed Bath & Beyond has named Lauren Crossen its interim chief financial officer following the weekend death of CFO Gustavo Arnal, according to multiple published reports.
Crossen was named the Union-based retailer’s senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer in June. She has been with the home goods chain since 2001.
Arnal died Friday in an apparent suicide in New York City. He had been CFO since May 2020.
