Bussel Realty Corp. on Wednesday said it leased the entirety of 621 Commerce Road in Linden, a 14,500-square-foot industrial building.
Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Eric Koons, vice president, and Benito Abbate, sales associate, of BRC represented the tenant, JMP Display Fixture Co., and the landlord, AAA Realty Group, in the transaction.
“The owner of 621 Commerce has been a client for many years, and, when this space was set to become vacant, we immediately implemented a comprehensive market analysis/plan to leverage the lack of space in this sub-2% vacancy port-proximate Linden market, and to capture the rising rental rates fueled by this demand,” Metz noted. “With multiple offers to choose from, the lease rates/terms we were able to achieve exceeded even our lofty expectations. Another win for well-located, functional industrial space.”
The property is located in close proximity to Route 1-9, the New Jersey Turnpike, Port Newark/Elizabeth, Newark Liberty International Airport and the Goethals Bridge. It features tailboard and drive-in loading, wet sprinklers and surface parking spaces.
