ShopRite will host a company-wide job fair at nearly all locations throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware and Maryland from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Candidates looking for career opportunities and valuable experience in retail, management, customer service and business also are encouraged to visit the ShopRite of Parsippany or the ShopRite of West Caldwell on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Additionally, job searchers can walk into nearly any ShopRite store on Saturday for on-the-spot interviews for a variety of full-time, part-time and management positions, depending on location.
Flexible hours and a wide variety of cross training will provide employees with the knowledge, skills and tools to work as a team throughout the store. Training programs include a game-based training app and are designed to provide a solid foundation so each individual can achieve their best and pursue career goals at ShopRite.
ShopRite also offers associates entertainment and tuition discounts, as well as scholarship opportunities, and associates can work for family-owned businesses that are part of the retailer-owned supermarket cooperative Wakefern Food Corp.
