Cushman & Wakefield said late Wednesday that it has been retained on an exclusive basis to market 6000 Hadley Road, a 124,545-square-foot office asset, for sale.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Kuriloff, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Kyle Schmidt and Ryan Larkin will be leading marketing efforts on behalf of the owner, Verizon New Jersey Inc.

6000 Hadley Road is a one-story former corporate training facility situated on 16 acres of land. The asset features 485 parking spaces with frontage and visibility along Interstate 287.
The property is located off Interstate 287 between Exits 4 and 5. The asset offers momentary access to Interstate 78, the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 202/206, 22, 18 and 28.
