Phase one of Hackensack’s Print House is now more than 80% leased, just three months after announcing its first 271 luxury units were available in mid-June, according to a Monday release from a partnership between developers Russo Development, the Hampshire Cos. and Fourth Edition Inc.
When fully completed, all phases of Print House will offer 653 units and include a highly anticipated, soon-to-be-completed riverwalk and public green space.
“From the moment a prospective resident walks through the door at Print House, they notice the attention to detail we’ve put into the design elements and thoughtful amenities that we offer,” Adam Pasternack, president of Russo Property Management, stated. “The accelerated leasing activity is a direct response to what people expect in an all-inclusive community experience with convenient commuting options and onsite retail offerings. Our new residents are not only coming from Hackensack and surrounding towns, but also from Jersey City, Hoboken and New York City. The right mix of Class A construction, convenient location and transportation options, plus an excellent value away from the Gold Coast has struck the ideal chord for our residents.”
Phase one of Print House offers 33 studio, 139 one-bedroom and 99 two-bedroom rental units with floor to ceiling windows, balconies and full-size washer and dryers. Studios start at $2,100, one bedrooms in the $2,600s, and two bedrooms at $3,495, depending on the floorplan. The next phase of Print House’s residential development is under construction and expected to deliver in early 2024.
Outdoor amenities include an expansive rooftop terrace with New York City skyline views, resort-style pool and sundeck, private outdoor kitchens, communal barbecues, lounge and dining areas, public green space and a cinema wall. Print House offers a dog park and has ample bike storage.
Indoor amenities include an on-site concierge, a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga and spin room, multiple resident lounges and a game room with a multisport simulator, rooms for private dining and entertainment, a resident café area, robust resident events and activations schedule, private conference rooms, coworking spaces, and convenient package lockers.
Located at 160 River St., Print House replaces the long-dormant and vacant 20-acre property previously home to the (Bergen) Record newspaper.
Print House also offers over 30,000 square feet of street-level mixed-use retail space. NAI James E. Hanson has already secured leases from Hackensack Meridian Health and Blue Foundry Bank and is close to completing leases with two other major retailers that will offer the perfect onsite amenity for Print House residents and the greater Hackensack community.
