A ribbon-cutting celebration for the Reserve at Crosswicks, a 272-unit luxury multifamily community in Bordentown, was held recently with executives from developer Larken Associates as well as Bordentown Township Mayor Steve Benowitz and township officials.
The latest addition to Larken Associates’ rapidly growing Larken Living portfolio, the Reserve at Crosswicks, located at 8000 Bowery Lane, features three four-story elevator buildings consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments, four three-story garden apartment buildings comprised of one- and two-bedrooms, and a community club house.
Designed to provide residents with an unmatched luxury living experience, each residence features gourmet kitchens, in-unit laundry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. For additional storage and added convenience, the community also includes nine buildings around the perimeter of the community with private garages.
Beyond their homes, residents at the Reserve at Crosswicks can also enjoy access to a robust slate of indoor and outdoor amenities. The community’s clubhouse features Wi-Fi-enabled community workstations, a game room, a lounge, a pet salon, a fully equipped fitness center and a secure mailroom with a package concierge. Further enhancing the amenity package are the community’s outdoor amenities that include a tot lot, a bark park and an outdoor heated pool and spa.
“Ribbon-cuttings are always a special occasion to us because it provides a rare opportunity to celebrate the consistent effort of so many on our team and the close collaboration with our partners that made this community possible,” David Gardner, CEO and president of Larken Associates, stated. “We would like to thank Bordentown Township and all of those who had a role in this development for their dedication, cooperation and creativity in bringing our vision to life and we look forward to continuing to welcome residents to our brand-new community.”
“The committee and I are very proud and excited to welcome the Larken Associates’ newest development, the Reserve at Crosswicks, to Bordentown Township. The opening of this community is the culmination of a lot of hard work and cooperation between the developer and the township,” Benowitz added.
