NAI James E. Hanson on Tuesday said it negotiated a lease for 2,521 square feet of medical office space at 1777 Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne for Rejuvenation Center for Mind and Body, which is relocating from Totowa.
Hanson’s team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented both the landlord, 1777 Wayne Medical LLC, and the tenant, in the transaction.
Rejuvenation Center for Mind and Body is a health care provider focused on supplying holistic care, with services including preventative medicine, wellness exams, substance abuse treatments, dermatology services and chronic disease treatment. The center provides the medical care expected from a primary care doctor, but with an emphasis placed on credibility and compassion.
1777 Hamburg Turnpike is a 30,000-square-foot, three-story medical office building featuring 24-hour controlled access, on-site property management and ample on-site parking. Located in the middle of Passaic County and featuring proximity to Routes 23 and 202, the property is well-positioned to service the needs of a wide variety of health care tenants.
With a need to vacate its former space and relocate its practice within weeks, the tenant sought the services of Team Lizzack-Horning due to its reputation as “the premier health care real estate brokerage team” in the northern New Jersey market. Serving as the exclusive brokerage firm for 1777 Hamburg Turnpike, the team was able to expedite a lease and provide additional services to assist the tenant in moving into the space and becoming operational within a tight timeline.
“It’s no secret that high-quality health care space is hard to come by in northern New Jersey,” Lizzack stated. “Finding the kind of space that fits the needs of a client is even more challenging if there is a looming deadline ahead. In situations such as this, it’s a huge benefit to have experience within the market and a track record of operating under pressure. We’re proud to have used our expertise to provide value for both parties to complete this deal.”
