The Garden State Guarantee, which greatly increases aid to families making less than $100,000 (including full tuition for many) is a game-changer. And the Summer Service Internship initiative is a difference-maker. There are still issues — among them, making sure the massive financial windfall from the Big Ten becomes a financial positive — but Holloway has the university headed in the right direction, as its recently ranking as a Top 20 public university shows.
