Vaughan Baio & Partners announces significant growth, including expanding presence in South Jersey, Florida

Philadelphia-based law offices Vaughan Baio & Partners recently announced it expanded its services into southern New Jersey and Florida with the addition of offices in Atlantic County, as well as Sarasota and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

In New Jersey, three attorneys, who currently focus on insurance defense litigation, joined who were previously with Hurvitz & Waldman, including Partner Mitchell Waldman.

Meanwhile, in Florida, 11 attorneys joined from Pallo Marks Hernandez, including Partners Daniel DeMay, Carlos Hernandez and Jeffrey Marks. The attorneys in the new Florida offices will be focused initially on workers’ compensation, although the firm plans to grow across practice areas in that region.

Growth for VBP has continued at a steady pace since the firm’s launch just after the start of the pandemic in June 2020. Five partners and three associates joined in May this year, with another two partners and an associate joining in June. The firm currently has 47 attorneys across its 13 offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New York and West Virginia.
