Bussel Realty Corp. on Wednesday said it leased 52,291 square feet in Somerset to A3K Imports.
Gregory Irving, executive vice president of BRC, represented the landlord, 275 Pierce Street LLC, in the transaction. The tenant, A3K Imports, was represented by Anthony Mircovich, vice president, and Steve Jaynes, industrial specialist, of BRC.
Located at at 275 Pierce St., the asset sits within a a 102,994-square-foot industrial property that is located near Interstate 287 and Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike. The property features 26-foot-high ceilings, tailboard and drive-in loading doors, wet sprinklers, 800 amps of electric power and 75 surface parking spaces.
“A3K Imports has been expanding at an extremely rapid rate, having started in only 5,000 square feet in Somerset just three years ago,” Mircovich noted. “As a distributor in the food industry, A3K Imports did not feel the effects of the pandemic on their business, since their products were essential to all consumers.”
Gregory Irving has represented the landlord for over 20 years at the site and sold it the property in the early 2000s.
