NAI James E. Hanson facilitates manufacturing firm’s move to new, 27,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Sparta

NAI James E. Hanson on Thursday said it negotiated the lease for 14,080 square feet of industrial space for Glass Flooring Systems in a brand new, 27,000-square-foot industrial building in Sparta.

The building is located at 6 Aaron Way, and Hanson’s John Schilp represented both the landlord, 6 Aaron Way LLC, and the tenant in the transaction.

Strategically located in White Lake Commerce Park,  the property offers 24-foot clear ceilings, nine 14-foot drive-in doors, two tailgate loading docks and convenient access to Routes 15 and 206 and Interstate 80.

Relocating from Wayne, Glass Flooring Systems is a manufacturer specializing in walkable skylights and glass flooring systems that took interest in 6 Aaron Way’s location, brand new features and the large amount of space available for lease.

Schilp has now brought several developers to the property to construct owner-occupied and spec industrial buildings ranging in size from 10,000-40,000 square feet. Additionally, he has also brought several high-quality tenants and buyers to the completed buildings already open at the property, including Organic Gemini, which leased 12,920 at 6 Aaron Way earlier this year.

“This transaction further illustrates the increased market for the state-of-the-art industrial properties located within White Lake Commerce Park,” Schilp said. “Sparta has a very strong and growing industrial market and these brand-new buildings are enticing options for tenants looking to relocate and set up shop. I am happy to help this property continue to grow through my work to help bring tenants like Glass Flooring Systems to Sparta.”
