Fortune 500 animal health company Zoetis announced it completed its acquisition of Jurox, a leading provider of livestock and companion animal products based in Australia.
Parsippany-based Zoetis said this acquisition will increase its range of animal health products with the potential for greater global expansion.
Jurox’s portfolio plays to the strengths of Zoetis’ core business in animal parasiticides and anti-infectives, and it is a complementary fit with the solutions it delivers to veterinary professionals, livestock producers and pet owners today.
Financial terms of the transaction, which was announced in August 2021, were not disclosed.
