Imperial Dade adds scale in Alabama, acquires Mobile Janitorial & Paper

Jersey City-based Imperial Dade announced Monday that it acquired Mobile Janitorial & Paper. of Mobile, Alabama.

Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Owned and operated by Ray Fillingim, Mobile Janitorial & Paper continues its legacy and is known for its knowledgeable sales force, wide breadth of janitorial sanitation and foodservice products, and high touch customer service. Now in partnership with Imperial Dade’s market leading platform, MJP’s customers can expect the same exceptional customized service coupled with an even greater offering of products and solutions.
