NJ Pathways, an initiative led by New Jersey’s community colleges and the New Jersey Business & Industry Association, will host an in-person event Wednesday at the Gloucester campus of Rowan College of South Jersey to discuss career opportunities in energy and infrastructure.
The event, which will run from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., is free, but seating is limited and registration is required (register here).
Participants will learn more about a recent report from the Center of Workforce Innovation for Construction, receive information on construction programs at Rowan College of South Jersey and Hudson County Community College, and engage with industry expects during a construction industry panel.
The statewide NJ Pathways initiative was created to bring employers, industry associations, chambers of commerce, labor unions, education institutions and workforce development partners together to discuss potential careers.
The organization is open to adding more leaders of New Jersey businesses, industry associations, labor unions, workforce development boards, county vocational-technical high school, four-year college or university or community-based organizations.
