Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Monday announced it plans to open Marketplace, an Urban Eatery — a 3,350-square-foot dining hall with a seating capacity for over 100 patrons — at the company’s flagship asset, the Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck.
Located in the Atrium at Glenpointe at 400 Frank W. Burr Blvd., the new eatery will offer fresh and locally sourced, made-to-order and grab ‘n’ go meals when it opens Oct. 21.
Marketplace joins fine dining and casual offerings in Glenpointe’s interconnected office buildings and the adjacent Marriott Hotel, including Pancetta Regional Kitchen & Wine Bar, the Glen Bar and a full-service Starbucks.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises partnered with various architects and vendors to bring the vision for the more than $2 million project to life: Flick·Mars, Kimmerle Newman Architects, PBA Engineering, Shine Engineering and Mixed Media Concepts. White Lodging will manage Marketplace, bringing in culinary experts like Chef A.J. Buchanio to curate the seasonal menu offerings.
