NAI Hanson inks 8,350 sq. ft. industrial renewal in Mountainside

NAI James E. Hanson on Tuesday said it negotiated a renewal for 8,350 square feet of industrial space in Mountainside.

NAI Hanson’s Thomas Ryan represented the tenant, First Knight Enterprises Inc., in the transaction with the landlord, Adrienne Weill.

Located just off Route 22 in Union County, 1094 Globe Ave. is an 8,350-square-foot industrial building featuring both office and warehouse storage space, 15-foot ceiling height, 20-foot-by-40-foot column spacing, two loading docks and one drive-in. The property also features proximity to Route 28 as well as Interstate 78 and the Garden State Parkway.

First Knight Enterprises, a local ServePro franchise, opted to renew, citing the building’s location near its client base and ample parking to support its heavy parking requirements

“In today’s market, rents are climbing to all-time highs, which puts landlords in an advantageous position to maximize the value of their asset,” Ryan said. “However, the peace of mind that comes from extending a model tenant like First Knight Enterprises is the dream situation for any landlord. I’m happy to have provided the services needed to facilitate the next chapter of this relationship.”
