Spiezle Architectural Group Inc., a full-service architectural, interior design, landscape architecture and planning firm, on Monday announced it hired Shauna Licciardi as director of human resources.

Licciardi has 15 years of experience, which includes talent acquisition, payroll, succession planning, training, executive coaching, leadership, compensation, compliance, employee engagement practices and benefits coordination. At Spiezle, Licciardi will provide senior-level strategic leadership and transformational human resource strategy to incorporate best practices, procedures and solutions for employees and clients.
