Private Lender Law, led by Hornik, purchases new HQ in Marlboro

Freehold-based Private Lender Law, part of LaRocca Hornik Rosen & Greenberg, on Tuesday said it purchased a two-story, 20,000-square-foot office building in Marlboro that it plans to move into in December.

Located at 475 Route 520 in Marlboro, the building was constructed in 1988 and previously housed the Marlboro Medical Annex. In 2019, SFC Enterprises purchased the building and entirely renovated it before selling an interest to Private Lender Law. Private Lender Law will occupy 10,000 square feet as its new headquarters.

According to Private Lender Law founder Jonathan Hornik, the building purchase and relocation of the firm will help position the company as the most trusted name in its sector.

“This is the next step to providing exceptional services to our clients,” Hornik stated. “Our new headquarters will allow us to continue to manage our growth as the marquee firm in the private lending industry.”

Hornik is in his fourth term as the mayor of Marlboro Township. The new Private Lender Law headquarters location within Marlboro will place the firm next to the intersection of Routes 79 and 520. The building also offers quick access to major highways into Manhattan such as the Garden State Parkway, Routes 18 and 9 and Interstate 95.
