F45 Training has signed a lease for 2,749 square feet of retail/gym space at Summit Plaza in Hackensack, according to a Wednesday announcement from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The global fitness community that specializes in innovative, high-intensity group workouts signed on within the 88,000-square-foot retail complex located at 370-380 W. Pleasantview Ave., which is anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket.
Summit Plaza, which boasts a strategic location at the intersection of Routes 17 and Interstate 80, offers ample parking to ensure ease of access for customers visiting the many businesses within the property such as Trinity Rehab, GNC, Harmon Face Values, Great Expressions Dental Centers, Labcorp, Juicy Platters, metro by T-Mobile, Fresh as a Daisy Cleaners, Wize Guys Pizzeria and Noble Nails & Spa.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by David Greenman of Silbert Realty and F45 Training was represented by Gary Krauss of Pierson Commercial.
“One of the leading causes of people opting to avoid the gym is a lack of approachable options within a reasonable distance of their home,” Tara Levitt, senior director of operations of Club Sports Group, the owner/operator of the Summit Plaza F45 franchise, stated. “Summit Plaza’s location within Hackensack and its easy access points to the surrounding highways affords us the opportunity to reach a large number of residents and ultimately provide the community with a fun, unique training experience that can improve their health and well-being.”
Steve Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, added: “As Hackensack continues to focus on redevelopment, we see a corresponding need for goods and service providers nearby the growing population. Summit Plaza’s strategic location and diverse array of tenants make it the ideal location for these tenants, and we’re proud to bring this premier fitness community to Hackensack.”
