Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the tenant, Lall Orthopedics LLC, in the transaction.
Located at 140 Route 17 N., in the heart of Bergen County, the asset is a 65,000-square-foot medical office building featuring 10-foot ceiling height and ample on-site parking. Strategically positioned near the intersection of Routes 4 and 17, the building offers outstanding accessibility to patients throughout northern New Jersey.
Relocating from Chicago, the tenant took interest in the property’s location and visibility within Bergen County and will use the space to operate an orthopedic and physical therapy practice.
