Danielle Alpert will join the New Jersey Public Charter Schools Association as senior vice president of communications and advocacy, where she will work closely with T.J. Best as she leads NJPCSA’s communications and advocacy efforts.
Alpert comes to NJPCSA by way of one of New Jersey’s most prominent government affairs firms, River Crossing Strategy Group.
“For the last decade, Danielle has been a top strategic adviser to NJPCSA and has a deep understanding of both education policy and politics in the Garden State,” Harry Lee, CEO and president of NJPCSA, stated. “She is a fierce advocate that believes that every child in the state of New Jersey should have the opportunity to attend a high-quality public school that best meets their needs and helps them reach their full potential. Alpert brings a wealth of experience to NJPCSA, including previously leading River Crossing Strategy Group’s extensive education practice, where she focused the last 10 years of her career on improving educational outcomes for all students in New Jersey. Alpert has a considerable network among stakeholders and government officials in the education space and she serves on the New Jersey Council for Young Children, which functions as the state’s advisory council for early care and education. She has been named several times to former Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg’s New Jersey Women’s Power List and was recently recognized as an ROI Influencer in the Women in Business category.
