ROI-NJ seeking nominations for ROI Influencers: Real Estate list

ROI-NJ is seeking nominations for our annual ROI Influencers list for the real estate sector. This year, we’re adding two additional categories: Rising Stars and Small Developers.

The Rising Stars category aims to represent those who are on their way to top positions, but have not reached them yet.

The Small Developers category aims to represent those developing quality projects of a smaller square footage/cost, but that will have great impact in their community. Not all key developments involve hundreds of thousands of square feet and cost multiple millions of dollars.

With that, here is a list of all of our categories:

  • Associations & Subject Experts
  • Banking and Finance
  • Brokers
  • Construction, Building and Design
  • Developers (Small)
  • Developers (Large)
  • Elected Officials
  • Icons
  • Rising Stars
