Renaissance Properties offers final opportunities at new retail center, Gables Plaza, in Monroe Township

Just over 5,000 square feet of retail space remains at Gables Plaza in Monroe. Now is the time for interested businesses to make their move and capitalize on the best of what’s waiting for them, according to a Monday announcement from Renaissance Properties.

“Surrounded by thousands of high-quality, newly constructed homes ranging in price from the mid $400s to nearly $1.5 million, including 71 newer, adjacent active adult townhomes with direct vehicular and pedestrian access, Gables Plaza provides a unique opportunity to capture the growing demand from a desirable demographic in Monroe that is largely underserviced,” Robert Adinolfi, chief operating officer at Renaissance Properties, stated.

Renaissance Properties said one of the two remaining commercial suites at Gables Plaza was designed with a new restaurant in mind.

The suite benefits from marquee-like visibility from all traffic entering from busy Applegarth Road and would join the successful NaaMo Thai restaurant and the soon-to-be-open Tacos El Tio restaurant to make Gables Plaza a diverse dining destination.

Add in the well-rounded roster of existing businesses, including Dunkin Donuts, Amboy Bank, Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care and Medical Suites, Domino’s, a pharmacy, marital arts studio, hair salon and many others, it’s clear why so many businesses have chosen Gables Plaza as their home.

In addition to the restaurant space, a single additional suite of approximately 1,550 square feet is also available and could accommodate a variety of different uses.
