IT firm signs lease at 10 Exchange Place, Jersey City

An information technology consulting and talent management firm has signed a lease in Jersey City, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

The real estate services firm said in a news release that US Tech Solutions took 9,692 square feet at 10 Exchange Place’s 17th floor.

C&W’s David DeMatteis, Benjamin Brenner and Mina Shehata represented the tenant in the transaction, while the firm’s Rob Lowe and Nick Dysenchuk represented the landlord, Manulife US REIT, and manager Manulife Investment Management.

“We value the long-term relationship we’ve built with US Tech over the past 11 years, and we’re thrilled to have worked with them as they change the way they approach and utilize their workplace,” DeMatteis said in a prepared statement. “The company signed a direct lease at 10 Exchange Place after being a subtenant because they felt the building was a perfect fit for their dynamic work environment and growing company.”

The property is a 30-floor, 740,354-square-foot office building with amenities including a brand-new lobby, on-site food options and 24/7 access, among other perks. It is adjacent to the Hudson River Walkway and Harborside Center.
