The UPS Store has signed a lease at Summit Plaza in Hackensack, according to property owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The Hackensack-based real estate firm said in a news release that A2 Express Logistics Inc., doing business as the UPS Store, signed for 1,096 square feet of retail space at the 88,000-square-foot retail complex at 370-380 W. Pleasantview Ave.
Sanzari was represented by Stephen Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing, in the deal.
“Summit Plaza’s strategic location in the heart of Bergen County continues to make it an enticing option for a diverse slate of retail tenants,” he said in a prepared statement. “Highly visible from the intersection of two heavily traveled roads and uniquely flexible to suit each tenant’s needs, Summit Plaza provides the UPS Store with a time-tested location where this tenant can continue to serve the local community with this needed service.”
Summit Plaza is a Stop & Shop supermarket-anchored complex with tenants that include Trinity Rehab, GNC, Labcorp and more. It is located at the intersection of Route 17 and Interstate 80.
It currently has retail space available for lease ranging from 1,450 to 3,986 square feet.
