Bussel Realty Corp. on Monday said it leased 17,203 square feet at 1001 Roosevelt Ave. in Carteret, a 93,286-square-foot industrial property, to DHL Global Forwarding.
BRC’s Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Eric Koons, vice president, and Benito Abbate, sales associate, represented the landlord, Seagis Property Group, in the transaction. DHL Global Forwarding was represented by JLL.

1001 Roosevelt Ave. is an industrial building near the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1-9, Port Newark/Elizabeth and Newark Liberty International Airport. The property features 17 tailboards and three drive-in doors, 15-foot ceiling heights, 400 to 500 amps of electric power, wet sprinklers and 40 surface spaces.
