NAI Hanson helps relocate wood products business from Garfield to Sparta industrial building

NAI James E. Hanson on Tuesday announced it helped facilitate the lease of a 10,400-square-foot industrial building in Sparta for the tenant that was looking to relocate from Garfield.

NAI James E. Hanson’s John Schilp represented the landlord, Timna 480 LLC, in the transaction with tenant, Allwood Industrials LLC, which was represented by KMAC Commercial.

Allwood Industrials is an online retailer of eco-friendly millwork and engineered wood products manufactured and important primarily from Scandinavia and the Baltic States.

Located at 7 Aaron Way, the asset is a 10,400-square-foot industrial flex building situated on 1.89 acres in Sparta’s newest and most successful industrial development, White Lake Commercial Park. Boasting 21-foot clear ceiling height, four 14-foot overhead drive-in doors, and no columns, the property is also situated in an economic development zone to provide ideal flexibility.

“Sparta’s industrial market continues to entice users from the more traditional northern New Jersey markets due to its variety of flexible industrial buildings and attractive rent prices,” Schilp said. “It’s exceedingly rare to see buildings of this quality in the easterly markets, so those who are choosing to relocate to Sparta stand to reap the benefits for their business in more ways than one. It’s a privilege to provide the services needed to continue to grow Sparta’s reputation as a growing market for industrial users.”
