St. Joseph’s Health opens 1st primary care office in Bergen County

St. Joseph’s Health recently announced that Drs. Maleeha Memon and Chandni Patel opened the first St. Joseph’s Health Primary Care office in Bergen County.

Memon and Patel, family medicine physicians who specialize in adult primary care, pediatrics, preventative medicine and women’s health, will be available at the office located at 218 Route 17 N. in Rochelle Park, and are accepting new patients.

“Primary care physicians are a vital component of a patient’s health and well-being,” said Dr. Christopher Trotz, vice president of physician services, St. Joseph’s Health, said. “Opening this new location signifies our continued commitment to providing quality health care to all residents of northern New Jersey.”

“Our overall goal is to ensure all our patients receive medical care that addresses all aspects their overall heath, including any chronic conditions or sudden illness,” Patel said. “We look forward to joining the St. Joseph’s Health primary care team.”

“Currently, we treat patients of all ages from adolescents to adults,” Memon stated. “Whether you need a vaccination, routine physical or treatment for an illness, we are here to provide you with the care you need to remain healthy.”
